Rice Selection

Rice is a cereal grain and a vital staple food for more than half of the world’s population. We offer several varieties to suit different preferences and recipes. Basmati Rice: A premium, long-grain aromatic rice known for its distinct fragrance and fluffy texture. Its slender grains elongate when cooked. Parboiled Rice: This rice is partially boiled in the husk before milling, a process which makes it more nutritious, firmer, and less sticky when cooked. 100% Broken (White) Rice: Composed of rice grains that have broken during milling. It is not defective but simply smaller in size, cooking down to a soft consistency ideal for various dishes.
